Dynellis does not provide:

Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing and expectations may be agreed separately in writing.

No contract for services shall exist until the scope of work has been agreed by both parties.

Clients are responsible for:

• Responding to requests in a timely manner 
• Reviewing work supplied 
• Ensuring final approval of documents, submissions, communications, or business decisions 

Dynellis is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by clients.

We respect the confidentiality of client information and take reasonable steps to protect business and personal data shared with us.

Confidential information will not be shared with third parties unless:

• Required to deliver agreed services 
• Required by law 
• Authorised by the client 

Where recruitment coordination services are provided, Dynellis acts as a support and coordination service and does not guarantee hiring outcomes, candidate suitability, or employment decisions.

Final hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

 Dynellis aims to provide professional and dependable support at all times.

However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynellis Limited shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Business interruption
• Decisions made based on information or support provided

Clients remain responsible for final business decisions and approvals.

In addition, Dynellis is not responsible for errors, delays or losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by clients or from the failure, availability or performance of third-party software, platforms or service providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.
